ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting of GHAFES is the final authourity in all matters of GHAFES. It is the platform where final decisions are effected on matters concerning the ministry of GHAFES.

The Chairman and Secretary of the Executive Council of GHAFES are respectively the Chairman and the Secretary of the Annual General Meeting.

The AGM meets mostly during the Annual Conference of GHAFES. Membership of the AGM include Executive Council members, SNEC members, Students (Fellowship members), Associates and Staff of GHAFES.

Reports from the Chairman, Financial Reports among other issues are presented and discussed.
