Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ghana Fellowship of Evangelical Students (GHAFES) will be held at the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon on Sunday 5th June, 2011 at 3 PM to transact the following business:

Agenda
1. To consider and adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on June 13, 2010.
2. To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman of the Executive Council of GHAFES.
3. To receive the Annual Report of the General Secretary of GHAFES.
4. To receive the Annual Report of the immediate past Chairman of the students' National Executive Committee.
5. To consider and adopt the Financial Statements of the ministry for the year ended 31st December 2010 audited by GLOBAL AUDITORS.
6. To consider and accept affiliation of new fellowships into the Ministry.
7. Consider any other matters.
